DIRECTIONS TO THE OFFICE

South of Saratoga Springs

  1. Take 87 North until you get to exit 15.
  2. Turn left off of the exit.
  3. Stay on this road until you get to the intersection at The Saratoga Hotel.
  4. Take a semi-right turn (up hill). This will be VanDam Street.
  5. Continue through 2 lights-this is where VanDam turns into Church St.
  6. We will be up a short way on your left-hand side.  
  7. We are located in a purple house with no sign out front (to protect confidentiality).  

North of Saratoga Springs

  1. Take 87 South until you get to exit 15.
  2. Turn right off of the exit.
  3. Stay on this road until you get to the intersection at The Saratoga Hotel.
  4. Take a semi-right turn (up hill). This will be VanDam Street.
  5. Continue through 2 lights-this is where VanDam turns into Church St.
  6. We will be up a short way on your left-hand side.

From Ballston Spa

  1. Follow Route 50 north toward Saratoga Springs.
  2. enter left turn lane for West Avenue (landmarks are blue hospital sign and NYS Department of  Transportation).
  3. Follow West Avenue to end.
  4. Turn right onto Church Street.
  5. The office will be up a short ways on the right, just past the hospital.

 

***The parking lot is to the left of the house in the back. Please do not park on the right of the building. The office is located in the front door of the building facing the road. If you have any questions please call the office at 518-580-0520.***
