At ECS, we not only acknowledge the benefits of individualized therapy but also those of group therapy sessions. Group therapy provides the opportunity for patients to share their thoughts in a safe and secure atmosphere within an encouraging environment which includes others experiencing similar issues. Our group offerings include a men’s gestalt group, a trauma group, and a health & wellness group.
Equine Assisted Counseling is also available in a group therapy format for children and adults. Group therapy with the use of horses offers benefits in improving social skills as well as establishing positive coping strategies to address a broad range of emotional struggles. This service is offered through our partner, Knotty Dawg Farm, LLC.
